Under normal circumstances, it takes approximately two weeks from when you place your order to when you receive it. This includes both product preparation and shipping. Ideally, our standard preparation time is 3-5 days, but since many products are handmade, it may be longer. For complex or high-demand items, preparation could extend to 15-20 days. To track your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through our carrier’s website. Our return policy includes two parts:

1. Handmade Items: Returns are only accepted for quality issues, such as damage. We do not accept returns for other reasons.

2. Other Products: To request a return, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, based on shipping information. Returns requested for personal reasons, such as dislike or incorrect fit, will require you to cover the return shipping cost. Additionally, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

To return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to get a return authorization and address. For returns not related to product quality, ensure the product and packaging are intact and cover the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that if the product is damaged or affects resale, we may not be able to issue a refund.

To cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Handmade items enter production after 24 hours, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Non-handmade items may be shipped directly, and changes or cancellations may not be possible once processed. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to update the shipping address as the order might already be in processing or on its way.

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk purchases and wholesale orders. The discount amount depends on the quantity ordered. For detailed information and to discuss your specific requirements, please contact us.
