I want to order item as a gift. Do you provide gift box packaging?

Yes, we offer gift box packaging. If you need it, please contact us at service@gagagleam.com after placing your order.

Shipping

When will my Order Ship?

Our standard fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless it is a custom made-to-order item. During high volume shipping periods and holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be processed prior to shipping.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typically, standard international shipping can take 7 to 21 days.

My order has shipped but the tracking information isn't updating!

Tracking typically takes between 24-48 hours to begin updating. If you still aren't seeing any updates after 48 hours please contact us via gagagleam@service.com

I’m in a hurry. Can I expedite the delivery?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options, although there is an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us at service @gagagleam.com if you require expedited delivery.

Returns, Damages, Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Our products are all handmade and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding. For more details, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact service@gagagleam.com immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item to us. We may also require photos or other documentation of the damage for our records.

The ceramic jewelry I bought in your store broke after a few days.

Don’t worry. Our ceramic jewelry comes with a two-year warranty. If it gets damaged or broken within this period, it can be replaced for free, though shipping fees must be covered by the customer. Contact us with photos of the damaged jewelry and purchase history. Please note that loss is not covered by the warranty.
