Return Policy


At Gagagleam, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve outlined a clear return policy to ensure a smooth process.


1. Handmade Items:

Our handmade products are carefully crafted, which makes them unique. Because of this, we only accept returns on handmade items if there’s a quality issue, such as damage or defects. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Returns for personal reasons, like a change of mind, are not accepted.


2. All Other Products:

If you’re not completely satisfied with a non-handmade product, we’re here to help. Here’s how our return process works:


Return Requests: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Personal Preference Returns: If you’re returning an item because it didn’t work out (for reasons like color or fit), you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Additionally, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Product Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.


Items That Can’t Be Returned:

Certain items, such as custom or final sale products, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.


Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
