For returns not related to product quality, ensure the product and packaging are intact and cover the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that if the product is damaged or affects resale, we may not be able to issue a refund.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to update the shipping address as the order might already be in processing or on its way.
